Calling artists, craftspeople to Holiday Market at Meadowbrook

We invite you to display and sell your work at our Holiday Market at Meadowbrook, which opens Nov. 12 and will run through the end of the year.

The beauty of the Holiday Market at Meadowbrook is that you don’t have to staff your tables and sell your work … we do it for you during the six weeks of the holiday season! You simply rent space at the market (ranging from $10 to $25 for the season) and then pay us just 10 percent of your sales as commission.

In return, we promote the market through our various social and print media and host a Holiday Open House on Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Located at The Meadowbrook Center in the Waldron Family Y and George Gray Gallery, the Holiday Market in its inaugural year in 2010 generated more than $10,000 in sales for local artists and craftspeople. This year, we intend the Market to be even more successful.

Please reply here if you want to be part of our Holiday Market at Meadowbrook. Spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and will be available for display of your work beginning the afternoon of Nov. 9.

Please remember that your space rental fees and commissions go to support The Meadowbrook Center and the mission of Mountain Valley Charitable Foundation, which is to provide opportunity and empower community for eastern Montgomery County to be the best it can be.

Look forward to seeing you at the Holiday Market.
